Social Media & Campaign Manager

to lead the charge in creating and delivering innovative campaigns across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels. This is a unique opportunity to shape the launch of an iconic event as it arrives on UK shores for the very first time. Key Responsibilities: Creative Ideation:

Develop and execute disruptive, engaging content strategies. Collaborate with in-house teams and external agencies to produce innovative campaigns.

Social Media Growth:

Strategically build and grow followers, fostering an engaged and loyal audience. Increase social media reach, engagement, and conversion rates to meet business objectives.

Product Selling:

Leverage campaigns to successfully promote and sell products. Optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter).

Community Engagement:

Cultivate direct, meaningful relationships with audiences to drive brand advocacy. Monitor channels, actively listening and engaging with the community.

Campaign Strategy:

Manage detailed campaign plans, including timelines, messaging, and calls to action. Analyse KPIs and integrate insights into broader CRM strategies.

What We’re Looking For: 7+ years Experience : Proven expertise in social media strategy and campaign management across Paid, Owned, and Earned channels. Creativity : A strong track record of generating original, effective campaign ideas. Results-Driven : Demonstrated success in growing audiences and driving product sales. Tools : Proficiency with key platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and community engagement tools. Analytical Skills : Ability to measure, report, and optimise campaign performance effectively. The client is looking for immediately available candidates only (1 month max), actively interviewing and decision before EOY.
