To build effective relationships with the prison and youth offending teams to ensure that children have access to high quality curriculum that meets their individual needs. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of educational programs, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes. Key Specification
Relevant first degree, QTS or QTLS, NQPH (or the ability to achieve within a reasonable period). The ability to demonstrate experience of successful curriculum development and change. Persuasive and supportive leadership and staff management skills to successfully manage performance and develop an achievement-focused team of teaching staff. Excellent communication skills and a creative and flexible approach towards achieving objectives and deadlines. The ability to influence others and through a proactive style encourages innovation and problem solving through your team.
