Enablement Lead

to develop highly productive sales teams at scale through efficient processes and programs. You will report into the Director of Field Enablement and your success will be measured by the impact of your enablement solutions, collaboration across internal teams, and the level of support you provide to teams as they reach sales goals. In this role as an Enablement Lead, you’ll leverage your ability to inspire, coach, and model essential skills across all levels of the organization. You’ll bring an entrepreneurial mindset and a balance of technical and creative problem-solving, working seamlessly with both technical and non-technical teams. Your outstanding communication skills will be at the heart of your success, enabling you to connect, collaborate, and coordinate with diverse stakeholders. Whether you’re simplifying complex ideas or driving alignment across teams, your ability to bring people together will make a lasting impact. As a trusted expert in field enablement and program leadership, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping strategies that span the entire customer journey. From executing the EMEA enablement plan to gathering training needs and building consensus, you’ll be instrumental in driving alignment and delivering measurable results. The impact you will have: Scale enablement programs and team to build measurable success across EMEA. Maintain a trusted partnership with Regional leadership and align priorities to growth. Continually improve enablement efforts by gathering feedback from new and current Sales teams. Increase pipeline and qualified opportunities by designing, delivering, and measuring enablement programs: New Hire Onboarding, LMS training modules, regular enablement calls, and localized in-person training. Align company efforts and content by partnering with teams such as Sales Programs, Product Marketing, and Industry leaders. What we look for: 5+ years of experience in either field enablement or sales functions for global enterprise organizations. Proven track record of driving complex go-to-market business programs at scale through the entire customer life cycle, working with internal stakeholders and partner organizations. An understanding of the competencies, processes, and nuances associated with a technical platform-as-a-service sales motion. Ability to collaborate and work seamlessly across groups – Partners, Field Engineering Sales, Marketing, and Senior Executives as well as across international teams to build a unified and coordinated strategy. Experience of assessing readiness gaps and partnering with the global enablement team to build and deliver change management and training programs. Experience in motivating, teaching, empowering, and inspiring through virtual and instructor-led training. About Databricks: Databricks is the data and AI company.
