Job Description: Francesca’s Recruitment is hiring a Branch Manager for a well-established Motor Factors company in Barnsley. This is a permanent position offering excellent benefits and growth opportunities within a respected organization.
Location: Barnsley Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Salary and Benefits:
£35,000 base salary, with OTE of £50,000 Annual bonus 28 days holiday Free parking Pension scheme Death in service benefit
Key Responsibilities:
Drive market penetration by maximizing sales of parts to trade, retail outlets, and other company departments. Exceed agreed sales and revenue targets aligned with the company’s business strategy. Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction across all operations. Handle daily banking reconciliation and ensure accurate completion of administrative tasks. Identify and connect with new and existing customers, growing market share and loyalty through innovative marketing and promotions. Actively participate in branch operations, stepping into various roles as needed to ensure smooth workflow. Motivate the sales team to meet targets, provide clear objectives, and offer regular feedback. Communicate promotional offers and updates to the customer network. Recruit, induct, and manage team performance effectively.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the Motor Factors industry. Proficient in basic IT and computer literacy. Familiarity with MAM software (or similar) and OE cataloguing systems is ideal. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a sales team. Exceptional communication skills, even in high-pressure situations. A passion for delivering top-tier customer service and driving sales. Local area knowledge and customer base familiarity would be advantageous. A valid driver’s license is preferred.
