Role Objectives: The Finance Business Partner will provide financial and analytical support, focusing on forecasting revenue recognition, backlog, and pipeline growth while setting up budgeting and forecasting processes. They will manage Commercial departmental forecasting, monthly P&L reporting, and pricing reviews, offering guidance on contracts and pricing updates. Additionally, they are expected to challenge teams when necessary and escalate concerns through proper channels. The Ideal Candidate:

Influential Financially savvy Knowledgeable in accounting What You'll Do:

Forecast revenue recognition by service line and backlog build based on pipeline and market trends Analyze and report on pipeline metrics to inform decision-making Prepare departmental budgets, forecasts, and monthly income statements with variance analysis and commentary Conduct monthly P&L reviews and provide finance-related guidance to department heads Review and assess headcount requests in partnership with HR Provide finance training for non-finance managers and department heads Review revenue recognition policies, pricing strategies, and contract terms to maximize revenue and EBITDA Support BD commissions, including plan design, payout forecasting, and analysis Recommend process enhancements and assist with ERP system implementation Handle special projects, support the finance team, and ensure adherence to local and global revenue regulations What You'll Need:

Previous experience in a similar role and industry beneficial Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant or QBE Previous experience of designing and improving processes Effective communication skills Strong analytical skills Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally Proficient in Excel, databases, and accounting systems Degree Educated or Equivalent What sets us apart: WEP Clinical partners with sponsors to help patients and physicians gain early access to medicines when no other treatment options are available.
