New Opportunity: PMO Analyst! As a PMO Analyst, you will support the delivery of the organisation's strategic programme, working on a variety of large-scale IT and business change projects. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will help drive efficiency, governance, and successful outcomes in an inclusive and supportive environment. Assist in managing the PMO function, ensuring adherence to governance standards and project frameworks. Project Coordination:

Track project progress, identify and resolve issues, and support delivery teams. Data Analysis:

Review and interpret project metrics to provide actionable insights and create dashboards for senior stakeholders. Governance Management:

Support risk, action, issue, and change (RAID) processes while ensuring compliance with established protocols. Reporting:

Prepare detailed status reports to communicate project progress and performance. Key Requirements: Experience:

6-12 months in a PMO or similar role, ideally within IT or business change environments. Skills: Strong organisational and planning abilities with a keen eye for detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
