As a trusted advisor to their clients, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing CRM strategies that drive growth and maximize efficiency! Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics. Design and configure CRM systems to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement within existing CRM systems. Develop comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and user guides. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of CRM systems. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, providing recommendations for optimization and enhancement. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including implementation and customization. In-depth knowledge of CRM concepts, processes, and methodologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-901: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) preferred. Salary/Package:
