HR Advisor
We are currently recruiting for an HR Advisor on behalf of our client, a leading global law firm, to join their London HR team.
This dynamic and exciting role will see you working alongside a likeminded human resources team, focusing on generalist duties for some of the firms key practice areas.
Duties include:
Assisting with and taking ownership of employee lifecycle tasks
Salary and bonus evaluations
Parental leave and sabbaticals
Building business cases for new hires
Other generalist HR and business partnering duties
This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional with circa 3 years of proven experience of working in a legal or professional services environment. They are keen to meet with seasoned advisors or those looking to take a step up from an assistant or coordinator level role. Experience working with policy reviews and Workday is highly desirable.
A highly competitive salary range of £42,000-£52,000 is on offer, plus hybrid working and market leading benefits.
