About Our Client Our client is a well-established law firm with multiple offices across Hampshire. Job Description The Family Solicitor will be involved in the following: Manage a diverse caseload including divorce, separation, and children matters. Provide expert legal advice to clients. Prepare legal documents. Participate in business development and marketing activities to grow the family law department. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law. Develop strong relationships with clients. The Successful Applicant The successful Family Solicitor should have: 1+ years PQE. Experience managing a caseload of family law matters. Strong knowledge of family law and the ability to provide expert advice to clients. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
