Well-regarded law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor into their Telford offices.

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on your own varied caseload that will include matters such as:
Sales and purchases of premises for small to large businesses
Refinancing
Auction sales
Option agreements
Transfer of management
Leasehold matters
Landlord and tenant matters
Your day-to-day duties may also include liaising with clients and other stakeholders, participating in Business Development initiatives, and supporting more junior members of the team.
This is an exciting time to join a Legal 500 ranked law firm as they are currently experiencing expansion due to an increase in workload. The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years PQE in Commercial Property Law, excellent interpersonal and client care skills, confidence in their own ability, and the ability to work well within a supportive team.
