Regulate wellness data, implement wellness policies, and support staff and line managers with policy compliance at all stages. Training and Development:
Design and deliver training programs in collaboration with the People & Transformation Manager to support talent management and professional growth. HR Projects and Process Improvement:
Lead HR projects, review HR processes, and develop strategies to enhance the workforce's experience and embed organisational values. Strategic Contribution:
Assist in developing a brand strategy and embedding organisational ethos across the workforce. Use networking skills to identify sector opportunities and inform future strategies. General HR Support:
Undertake project work and provide updates to senior leaders and directors on HR-related activities. Accountabilities: Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with policies and legal standards.
