Family Solicitor for HYBRID WORKING 2-3 days per week in the office ideally, which is in Derbyshire (easily commutable from Derby, Nottinghamshire, Sheffield). Salary Range:

Our very pleasant client is looking for an additional fee earner to join their growing team. They currently have around 15 staff and the main group has nearly 80 staff, so plenty of scope to grow your career! Responsibilities: Provide expert family law advice to clients, including divorce, financial and children expertise. Draft pre-nuptial agreements. Draft Family Law Applications. Attend Court Hearings and be a confident advocate. Market the family law services and build new professional relationships to increase revenue. Manage, train, and support junior members of the team. Qualifications: Solicitor/CILEX qualified lawyer with a focus on private family law. Minimum 3 years Post Qualification Experience / PQE. Adaptable, motivated, and able to efficiently manage a substantial caseload in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of private family law and court procedures. Excellent at managing clients, stakeholders, peers, and support staff alike; cohesive and a team-player but also able to work well alone. Excellent communication (Fluent English) both written and spoken. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Full Driving Licence.
