Financial Controller
to join its team. Reporting to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, lead a team of six (three direct reports), and provide critical insights to drive strategic decision-making. This role balances operational management with strategic input, supporting the company’s ambitious growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team. Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic initiatives, including acquisition integration. Implement robust financial controls and processes to support scalability. Take the lead on the development, implementation, and maintenance of financial systems and procedures. About You
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with proven Financial Controller experience. Strong leadership and team development skills. Expertise in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.
