Job Description Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership : Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals. Budgeting & Forecasting : Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts. Financial Reporting : Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Performance Analysis : Provide insightful analysis of financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Team Management : Mentor and manage a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior leadership to provide strategic financial advice and guidance. Risk Management : Monitor and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's long-term stability. Process Improvement : Drive efficiencies in financial processes and implement best practices. The Successful Applicant Qualifications & Experience Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred). Professional Certification : CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent. Experience : At least 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Technical Skills : Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Regulatory Knowledge : Strong understanding of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
