Job Description
As a Credit Controller, your role responsibilities will include:
Manage the receivables ledger, ensuring timely payment from clients
Build and maintain effective relationships with clients
Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts
Produce monthly reports on debtor status
Resolve any queries or issues with client accounts
Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to achieve targets
Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes
Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies
The Successful Applicant
A successful Credit Controller should have:
Experience in a similar role
Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
A results-driven attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
