Job Description Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Oversee accounting practices and maintenance of fiscal records Lead the development of long-term strategic financial plans Manage the preparation of all financial reports Oversee audit and tax functions Coordinate financial planning and strategy development Supervise accounting staff and provide training and development The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Manager should have: A degree in finance, business, or a related field Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.) Proven experience in financial management and accounting Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills Strong understanding of tax laws and statutory regulations Managing of AR/AP function Having technical understanding and knowledge within Excel Proven experience of managing a team What's on Offer Salary ranging from £60,000-£70,000 dependent on experience Hybrid working Opportunity to work in a multinational industrial/manufacturing company A collaborative work environment with a strong focus on employee growth and development Comprehensive benefits package An opportunity to shape the financial strategies of a major industry player
