Client-side Real Estate Jnr Asset Manager, UK balanced portfolio UK arm of one of the largest Real Estate Investment Managers globally About Our Client Our client is a Top 20 global Real Estate Investment Manager with a growing and active value-add portfolio of balanced UK assets. Job Description Initiate and control asset management initiatives including leasing, lease restructuring and improved planning consents. Complete initiatives which maximise rental income, covenant strength and investment performance. Prepare development / refurbishment appraisals and oversee the project management of re-dev and new build works. Co-ordinate the rent review programme, select and appoint agents to act on rent reviews and other major Landlord and Tenant work. Supervise and liaise with managing agents who are responsible for rent collection arrears, provision of services, assignments, tenant's works, outgoings - providing instructions and seeking authority, as required. Appoint any additional required agents and third-party consultants. Prep Quarterly fund statistics, provide regular information for the re-valuation of assets. Ensure compliance with banking agreements Maintain appropriate records and databases, namely tenancy schedules and any associated software packages across the portfolio. The Successful Applicant The successful Junior Real Estate Asset Manager should have: Quality grade in a Real Estate or Built Environment BSc/MSc degree MRICS qualification Good understanding of Real Estate Investment Management processes Solid understanding of real estate risk management Good property market knowledge Excellent understanding of Excel spreadsheets and how Asset Management initiatives play into portfolio valuation models Strong analytic capabilities Excellent presentation skills What's on Offer Competitive basic salary + bonus + benefits.
