Senior Product Designer Location:

Up to £75k We are working with a rapidly scaling D2C beauty brand who are leading the way in their field. They are looking to hire a Senior Product Designer to work closely with the Head of Product Design on a new business area. What you'll be doing: Stakeholder Management:
You will be responsible for working across a variety of internal teams. Qualitative Research:
You'll play a key role in planning and conducting user research, working closely with the CS team to add insight. You'll also develop a thorough understanding of the user journey across multiple touchpoints. Quantitative Research:
This is a data-driven business, so you'll be expected to work with data at the forefront of your approach and decision making. Product Design:
You'll be responsible for producing top-quality and innovative design solutions informed by data and insights. Project Management:
You will be expected to manage processes end-to-end, working across teams and managing multiple stakeholders. What we are looking for: You'll have a degree in a design-related field. Prior experience in either a mobile-first customer-facing environment, a D2C subscription brand, or healthcare or beauty would be advantageous. You will be able to show a prior portfolio with a clean visual style. Prior experience working across teams, especially working collaboratively with developers and product owners. Prior management experience would be a plus.
