Package and Benefits:

As a Clinical Lead, you will: Provide clinical leadership and direction to the nursing and care team. Ensure compliance with current legislation, standards, and guidelines. Support training and practice development of nurses and care staff. Oversee clinical audits and implement necessary improvements. Develop and review personalised care plans for residents. Manage medication administration and respond to clinical emergencies. Mentor and supervise the nursing and care team to uphold high care standards.
