Team Manager – Adult Social Care £325-375 per day Inside IR35 3 months initially Southwest Hybrid This busy local authority requires additional support within their Adult Mental Health team. You will be part of a well-established service with exciting plans for the next few years. You will report to the Service Manager and carry out the duties below. Your role as Team Manager: Management and oversight of multidisciplinary team of social care professionals within the Mental Health team Overseeing the services that operate within the Local Authority Cost efficient creation of packages of care Provide effective management oversight of the service, acting as an SME and a point of support to junior managers.
