The Successful Applicant Head of Central Compliance should have:
Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
Technical experience in surveillance and private side advisory is a must.
Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance frameworks.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
