We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Manager with expertise in wireline technologies, high-speed Ethernet, fibre-optic systems, data mining, reporting, and optical network slicing. Your role
Plan, organize, and manage technical AGILE SAFe projects related to wireline, Ethernet, fiber optics, and optical networks. Monitor project progress, address potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Manage budget for big fixed price engagements and be in control for all the deliveries – including managing challenges like resourcing, skills gap and/or budget. Leverage your expertise in high-speed Ethernet and fiber technologies to guide project execution and problem resolution. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during project implementation. Utilize data mining techniques to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. Develop comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, Sr. management (internal, customer), providing regular updates and ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
Your skills and experience
In-depth knowledge of wireline, high-speed Ethernet, fiber optics, and optical network technologies. Experience with optical network slicing and its applications. Proficiency in data mining tools and methodologies. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
