Our well established Financial Services client based in the City are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with good sales acumen to develop and leverage new referrals and to win new business. You will be skilled in identifying opportunities, closing deals and building relationships. Highly self-motivated, energetic and personable Confident with high integrity and a strong tenacity to demonstrably distinguish yourself from and to outperform the competition. Commercially astute with knowledge of business needs and concerns and able to demonstrate success in winning new business leads in a fast-paced environment by consistently achieving or exceeding agreed targets. Adept at corporate level decision making negotiations and building long-term client relationships. A good command of client sales principles Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years in a similar position Minimum 3-5 years in Financial Services Degree Educated Good English plus ideally one other language The position will offer a base salary and good commission element and a company bonus scheme.
