A leading wellness drinks brand is seeking a Senior E-commerce Manager to drive and expand its digital presence, with a strong focus on customer retention, data-driven marketing, and Amazon channel optimization. This role is central to enhancing customer engagement through CRM, delivering targeted e-commerce campaigns, and maintaining a high-quality customer experience across all digital channels. Responsibilities

E-commerce Strategy & Operations Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition, focusing on brand and site performance across multiple channels, including Amazon. Oversee day-to-day management of the website and Amazon storefront, ensuring seamless UX/UI and aligning with brand standards and customer needs. Lead organic and paid media efforts to boost brand visibility, optimize ad performance, and achieve sales targets. Customer Insights & CRM Optimization Leverage customer data and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau) to analyze behavior and tailor CRM strategies to enhance engagement and loyalty. Create and implement personalized CRM campaigns, using email, social, and SMS to foster customer loyalty and increase repeat purchase rates. Monitor and refine customer segmentation and trend analysis to adjust strategies that meet evolving customer demands. Amazon Channel Management Lead the Amazon e-commerce strategy, including listing optimization, keyword strategy, and customer feedback management, to maximize sales and ensure strong brand presence on the platform. Collaborate closely with Amazon ad managers to optimize paid advertising, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display ads, tracking performance to ensure high ROI. Analyse competitor activity and pricing trends on Amazon to inform competitive positioning and inventory strategies. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track and report on key e-commerce metrics, preparing performance analyses on ROI, KPIs, and customer engagement metrics across all channels, including Amazon. Regularly test, analyze, and iterate marketing efforts to optimize impact across channels, ensuring data-driven growth and alignment with overall business goals. Key Qualifications Proven track record in e-commerce and digital marketing, with expertise in CRM, customer retention, and Amazon e-commerce strategies. Strong experience managing Amazon storefronts, including ad campaigns, content optimization, and inventory strategy. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Adwords, SEO, PPC) and CRM platforms. Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and refine customer engagement strategies.
