first international office! Our
3-month training programme
will get you up-to-speed with everything you need to know about recruitment and the
crypto & blockchain
space. We have confidence in our people, so you’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week. It’s our culture that sets us apart; you won’t catch us in suits and ties, but you will catch us having

lunch clubs , or off on
holidays

the requirements of our key clients Find
candidates through job boards and advertising Qualify
the candidates over the phone Manage
your shortlisted candidates through the interview and hiring process Build a personal brand
through online marketing and platforms like LinkedIn You will then have the opportunity to go 360 ,
meaning you: Work the full recruitment life cycle Generate leads
and develop relationships with companies to
win new business
for yourself and Plexus Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of a competitive base salary! Who are we looking for: We hire people for their attitude, not their experience, so both
Grads
and
non-grads
are considered. Someone who
