With a strong reputation and a portfolio of well-known household brands, this is a unique opportunity to manage large-scale projects within the food manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage projects across 5-6 large manufacturing sites, ensuring successful delivery of approximately £5 million worth of projects per year.

* Oversee a variety of electrically-biased projects such as lighting upgrades, safety circuit improvements, site modifications, and equipment moves—with project values ranging from £50,000 to £400,000.

* Manage and inspire a diverse team, including 5-6 Contracts Managers, 6 Team Leaders, and 25 Technicians, along with carefully selected subcontractors.

* Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring all projects are completed on time and to the highest standards of workmanship.

* Collaborate with the current Head of Projects during the transition period, and report directly to the Operations Director who will offer guidance and support.
