Description
Manage and oversee the entire accounting team.
Conduct all necessary trainings to keep the team's skills and knowledge up to date.
Ensure that all necessary documents are completed and maintained to comply with laws and regulations.
Develop periodic reports for management.
Audit systems and prepare for annual audits.
Implement financial policies and procedures.
Establish and maintain financial practices throughout the organisation.
Work with tax returns and analyse financial information.
Profile
A successful Senior Accountant should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
Proven experience in the life sciences industry.
Excellent understanding of tax laws and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in MS Office and popular accounting software.
