Tolhurst Fisher are seeking a Litigation Solicitor (NQ - 3 years PQE) to join our Dispute Resolution Department based at our Head Office in Southend on Sea.
Hours are Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
Job type: Full-time
The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team in a busy department, have an eye for detail and have experience in the following areas:
Residential possession proceedings (essential)
Residential Landlord and Tenant disputes (essential)
Contract Disputes (desirable)
Debt Recovery (desirable)
Land disputes (trespass/ easements etc) (desirable)
Contentious Probate (desirable)
Employment (desirable)
