The Field Marketing team at SEON is a lean but mighty crew motivated to build brand awareness and create business opportunities for our sales team. They operate closely alongside the industry event calendar of decision-makers in our core ICP (iGaming, Fintechs, FinServ, Retail) and help deliver bespoke events for our customers and prospects. This position plays a critical role in executing our revenue goals and helping SEON dominate the fraud-fighting space. Our next Field Marketing Manager will work alongside our Director, Global Field Marketing and our Field Marketing Manager. They will also work alongside the Regional Marketing Director to support the regional plan. What you’ll do: Coordinate, plan and execute our EMEA & UK Field Marketing strategy across trade shows, hosted dinners, webinars and partner events. Own end-to-end delivery of events from venue selection, contract negotiation and logistics to lead tracking, sales follow-up and post-event evaluation. Work collaboratively with your Marketing colleagues globally to develop integrated campaigns to support event promotion, drive on-site meetings and optimise Field investment. Track and manage budgets and performance, and be accountable for the regional MQL, SQL, Opp and Pipeline goals. Work closely with our Sales Leaders to ensure an aligned strategy, including identifying and targeting focus accounts, event lead follow-up and driving quality pipeline. Partner with Product Marketing to ensure up-to-date, event-specific asset creation, market intelligence and industry trends are shared with Sales. What you'll bring: 5+ years of experience in a field/event marketing role, having owned & led execution on tradeshows, hosted events, and reporting. Superior project management skills and strong will to impact results at a fast-growing tech start-up. Ability to manage budgets, vendors, and onsite personnel at events. Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; comfortable interacting with senior management, finance, compliance, marketing ops, sales enablement and other teams needed to support field marketing initiatives. Capable of traveling for onsite event management in Europe (15% annual travel). Experience with Hubspot.
