About Our Client
Our client is well known throughout the legal industry, they have an enviable client base and a brilliant reputation for real estate work. They are looking for a Real Estate NQ to join their busy Liverpool team.
Job Description
As a Real Estate NQ, you will deal with a variety of real estate matters including asset management, Landlord and Tenant, development, investment, and advisory work. Your duties will include:
Provide comprehensive legal advice on real estate transactions.
Manage client relationships and deliver outstanding client service.
Support the development of junior team members.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues in other departments.
Contribute to business development initiatives in the real estate sector.
Keep up to date with developments in real estate law.
Ensure all work is compliant with internal and external regulations.
Participate in firm-wide projects and initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Real Estate NQ should have completed a seat in real estate during their training contract. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
What's on Offer
Salary range: £58,000 - £62,000 per annum.
