Job Description
Provide legal advice on all employment related matters
Develop and implement employment policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Handle employment litigation matters
Conduct internal investigations into employment matters
Provide training to staff on employment law issues
Advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures
Work closely with HR and management teams
The Successful Applicant
A successful Employment Legal Counsel should have:
Degree in Law (LLB) and a valid legal practice certificate
Knowledge of employment law
Experience in handling employment litigation
Ability to give clear and concise legal advice
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
