Job Description
Manage relationships with leaseholders and handle related queries
Ensure leasehold services are delivered efficiently and effectively
Process lease extensions and deal with Right to Buy applications
Carry out consultations in accordance with Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act
Provide advice on service charges and major works
Work collaboratively with the property team to deliver excellent service
Support the implementation of leasehold policy and procedures
Participate in property management meetings and contribute to team objectives
The Successful Applicant
A successful Leasehold Officer should have:
A solid understanding of leasehold management within the not-for-profit sector
Strong knowledge of property law and leasehold legislation
Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex leasehold queries
What's on Offer
An annual salary ranging between £38,000 and £40,700
A generous car allowance of £1,700 per annum
