Job Description Provide strategic leadership to the accounting and finance department. Oversee financial planning, budgeting and forecasting. Implement effective financial controls and procedures. Advise on investment and capital decisions. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory financial requirements. Produce accurate and timely financial reports. Engage with stakeholders on financial performance. Drive cost reduction and efficiency initiatives. The Successful Applicant A successful Group Finance Director should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role. Strong financial and accounting knowledge. Experience in strategic planning and execution. Excellent leadership and management skills. Ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. What's on Offer A competitive salary of between £100,000 - £120,000 per annum. A performance-related bonus scheme.
