Job Description
German Speaking - VP/AVP Corporate Lending Distribution
Execute risk-sharing transactions and assist senior colleagues in structuring complex risk-sharing deals.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential risk partners relevant to Corporate Lending Risk Distribution.
Provide support for ongoing risk-sharing activities related to trade finance products.
Coordinate, negotiate, and optimize both new and existing Risk Distribution transactions.
Monitor relevant markets and generate market insights to inform risk distribution strategy planning.
Assist senior team members and management with reporting and project-related tasks.
Support the asset management function while fostering relationships with current and prospective investors.
The Successful Applicant
Proficiency in English and German, both spoken and written.
A minimum of four years of experience in loan structuring or a comparable area.
Strong knowledge of loan markets, loan structuring, and syndication tools.
Excellent communication abilities.
A university degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent vocational training/education.
