Job Description
The role of Legal Counsel will include the following:
Be able to cover tender reviews, contracts qualifications/deviations, risk assessment & mitigation plan of contracts including engineering agreements, FEED, EPC, MOUs, and technology licence agreements.
Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the company.
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
Provide support to other relevant functions of the company including Procurement, Subcontracts, People & Culture, IT, etc.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Counsel should have the following qualifications/experience:
A qualified solicitor in the UK or similar jurisdiction.
Proven experience in handling a range of Engineering/Construction and Energy-related projects.
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing circumstances.
