Job Category : Technical Design, Sourcing, Quality Assurance We are currently seeking a Sourcing Analyst to join our Orchard Brands team. As a Sourcing Analyst, you will manage reporting and forecasting for seasonal, annual, and historical supply chain metrics. You will also manage all data for Sourcing, Logistics, and related supply chain analyses. Create and manage all Sourcing and Logistics analyses, provide recommendations for action, and present to internal and external stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Annual Sourcing Metrics Recap and Seasonal Forecasting Pulling from diverse internal systems create recaps of all sourcing metrics related to volume, vendor, factory, agent, and country of origin. Analysis of sourcing metrics and historical trends Presentation to Senior leadership with recommendations for action On Order and Receipt Forecasting Monthly recaps of on order, in-coming receipts, and forecast versus plan. Lead recommendations to manage to the monthly receipt plans Presentation to Senior and EDC leadership Freight Rate and Transportation Cost Analysis and Recaps Analysis of monthly freight rates, transportation costs and historical trends Forecast of freight rate impact to Average Unit Cost (AUC) Management of freight rate calculator and adjustments to PO’s Presentation to Senior leadership on financial impact of freight and transportation costs to product costs Annual Budget Forecasting and Maintenance Creation of annual budget in partnership with Chief Sourcing Officer Management of monthly budget with Finance Off-Shore office and Agent Volume, Forecasting and Reconciliation Monitoring and reporting on offshore BGS office revenue and expense model Monitoring, verification, and processing of monthly/quarterly/annual agent (Linmark) volume and commission payments Special Project ROI Analyses Creation of return on investment (ROI) analysis for all sourcing, logistics, quality assurance and technical design projects Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned QUALIFICATIONS 5 - 7 years prior experience in sourcing or logistics field Strong, highly developed analytical skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Leadership confidence Advanced Microsoft 360 skills, especially Excel ABOUT BLUESTEM BRANDS Bluestem Brands combines Fingerhut, a fintech company, and Orchard Brands a direct-to-consumer retailer of fashion.
