As a key member of our team, you will: Produce project cost estimates as designs progress through the RIBA work stages. Handle contractor procurement, post-tender reviews, and negotiate contracts. Manage construction contracts on behalf of clients, including change management, valuations, and certifications. Lead project meetings and act as the main point of contact during construction. Ensure contract compliance, manage document control, and maintain an organized project filing system. Qualifications

You’ll be a great match if you have the following traits: Experience of tendering and post-tender negotiation. Experience creating and administering JCT contracts. Experience of project cost estimating, ideally on residential projects. Qualified Quantity Surveyor (ideal but not essential). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexible and proactive attitude. Organized working methods and ability to meet deadlines. Strong relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with attention to detail. Good problem-solving skills. What We Offer
