Scottish Opera, based in Glasgow, is seeking a Director of Development to lead its fundraising efforts. The role involves overseeing a team of seven, developing strategies for sustainable income, and cultivating relationships with donors and partners. Key responsibilities include managing individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, and trusts, with an income target of £1.7 million for 2025/26. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in fundraising, particularly in securing major gifts, and at least three years in a senior role.
