Job Description Delivery of service charge accounting and financial services Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial legislation and regulatory requirements Working closely with the team to develop and implement effective financial strategies Contributing to the development of the organisation's financial policy Communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients Providing effective and efficient financial advice to colleagues Maintaining accurate financial records and reports Supporting financial audits and inspections The Successful Applicant A successful Service Charge Business Partner should have: A strong background in the Not For Profit sector, specifically within the Accounting & Finance department Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail High level of numeracy skills Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Understanding of financial regulations and legislation Experience in reconciliations, posting journals, rent and service charge What's on Offer A competitive salary range of £43,200 - 48,000 per annum Generous holiday leave Opportunities for career progression and personal development The opportunity to make a positive impact in the Not For Profit sector
