Lead data engineer of small team, driving and overseeing build of critical data infra for MBO infrastructure to support post-trade operations, risk management, and analytics Responsibilities:
Lead a small team of engineers, driving the development of robust, deterministic operational systems. Oversee the build and optimization of infrastructure for post-trade reporting, workflow automation, and intra-day positions, risk, and P&L tools. Tech:
Data engineering, workflow automation, and bespoke financial systems development in a cutting-edge environment. Requirements: Extensive experience in data engineering, with a focus on post-trade processes. Proven leadership skills, with a history of managing high-performing teams. Strong knowledge of risk and operational systems, ideally in financial or crypto markets. A hands-on technical mindset with a passion for efficiency and innovation. Compensation:
