Job Description
Lead the financial control function for the group
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes
Monitor regulatory changes in the insurance industry and ensure compliance
Provide strategic financial input to senior management
Manage and develop the finance team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Group Financial Controller should have:
A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA
Prior experience in a similar role within the insurance industry
Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial control principles
Strong leadership skills
Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
Excellent communication and presentation skills
