Job Description Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Provide analytical support for business decision making Work closely with the management team to develop strategic plans Generate monthly financial reports and performance metrics Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards The Successful Applicant A successful FP&A Analyst should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Full qualification e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA Proven experience in financial planning and analysis Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards for financial operations Outstanding problem-solving abilities What's on Offer An estimated salary range of £50,000-£60,000 per annum A comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to be part of a global life science company Work in a supportive and collaborative team environment Chance to contribute to advancing health and well-being
