Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire production process, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on spec, and to client satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maximise efficiency, minimise costs, and maintain top-notch quality. Provide clear communication on job progress, issues, and solutions to clients and stakeholders. Manage outsourced permanent POS projects and stay updated on materials, products, and technical processes.
What We're Looking For:
Print production experience with a good understanding of the field or any other associated fields. Proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
