Key responsibilities include managing property maintenance requests from landlords and tenants, arranging compliance for legal obligations, preparing new inventories, conducting tenancy check-ins and check-outs, and performing regular property visits. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced property management environment. With a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, this role provides a great chance to develop your skills and experience in property management.
