Job Description Develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with the company's goals. Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements. Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present them to the board. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Manage a diverse team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment. Coordinate with other department heads to streamline financial operations. Develop and maintain relations with external partners and stakeholders. Oversee financial risk management procedures. The Successful Applicant A successful Corporate Finance Manager should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting or a similar field. Professional certification such as ACCA, ACA, or equivalent. Proficient knowledge of financial management principles and strategies. Strong leadership abilities and team management skills. Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Knowledge of financial software and database systems. A commitment to ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
