Job Description Leading and managing audit assignments for a variety of clients Ensuring audit work is completed to high standards of quality and efficiency Preparing and presenting audit findings to clients Collaborating with team members to enhance the audit process Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of professional services industry regulations and standards Providing training and support to junior team members Building and maintaining strong client relationships Contributing to the development of the Accounting & Finance department The Successful Applicant A successful Audit Senior should have: ACA or ACCA Qualified A strong educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience in audit and leadership roles within the professional services industry Excellent knowledge of audit processes and regulations Strong communication and presentation skills The ability to work well as part of a team and lead by example A commitment to providing high-quality service to clients What's on Offer Competitive salary Office-based role in Eastleigh Generous holiday allowance of 25 days, plus statutory holidays A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for career development within the professional services industry
