Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000 Location:
Oxfordshire, hybrid I'm currently working with an exciting growing law firm who are looking for a Conveyancer to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a couple of years experience and be able to hit the ground running. I would still encourage you to apply if you are newly qualified. As the Conveyancing Lawyer, you will: Manage a diverse caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions. Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth, timely completions. Provide expert advice on sales, purchases, transfers of equity, leaseholds, and more. Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in property law and compliance regulations. What could set you apart? Qualified Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer with experience in conveyancing.
