Job Description
As an Employment Knowledge Lawyer, you will be responsible for:
Keeping up to date with legal and market developments and updating lawyers as appropriate.
Drafting new guidance notes, precedents, and other materials as required.
Maintaining and responding to legal and technical queries from the group's lawyers.
Working with the Learning and Development team to write and deliver training for NQs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Employment Knowledge Lawyer should have:
Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, having practised as an employment solicitor.
The ability to stay up to date on new developments in the law.
Competency with typical law firm technology tools.
Advanced organisational and communication skills.
