Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics. Deliver cost savings and value through efficient procurement strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet their procurement needs. Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and regulations. Participate in contract negotiations to achieve favourable terms. Lead procurement projects and initiatives within the department. Report on procurement activities and performance. The Successful Applicant A successful Commercial Procurement Business Partner should have: A degree in business, finance, or a related field. Proven experience in strategic procurement and contract management. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Excellent project management and leadership skills. A solid understanding of the insurance industry and its procurement needs.
