Job Description
As CFO, you will be looking after a sizeable and established finance department. Areas that you could get involved in include:
Helping to drive better controls, ensuring year-end is run effectively.
Leading the finance team, ensuring inclusive behaviours, coaching, and developing direct reports.
Optimising the legal entity structure and integrating recent acquisitions.
Ensuring budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis are accurate and reflect commercials.
Working with senior internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A strong controller from a regulated financial services business; experience of working in a fast-moving PE owned fintech would be ideal.
